- 4 February 2025: 

1. Researched AI & IoT Based Smart Traffic Management on its Desirability, Feasibility, Viability using Google.
2. Pitched AI & IoT Based Smart Traffic Management ideas on group members
3. Co-organized with groupmates on recording of meeting minutes.

- 7 February 2025:

1. I came up with suggestions for group names.
2. Finalized and chose AI & IoT Based Smart Traffic Management as the group's topic research.
3. Researched using Google on Singapore's road congestion statistics and got more in-depth details on what Singapore has already implemented on Singapore roads.

-11 February 2025:

1. Chosen TriTech as the group name.

-14 February 2025:

1. I came up with a problem and purpose statement for Tritech.
2. Revised the problem and purpose statement together as a group.

-25 February 2025:

1. My team and I asked for feedback from Professor Blackstone on TriTech's Ideal, Gap, Goal, and Problem Statement.
   
2. Updated the team on what needed to be done regarding the Ideal, Gap, and Goal.
3. Reviewed and revised the Ideal, Gap, and Goal together with the team.

-28 February 2025:

1. Updated the class on TriTech's chosen research topic and its progress.
2. Pitched Tritech's problem statement and solution to 5 other Team Leaders outside of DV-AP-SR2B.

-4 March 2025:

1. I adjusted and finalized the Problem (1.2) and Purpose Statement (1.3) in the Technical Report.

-7 March 2025:

1. I allocated tasks in the Technical Report to group members.
2. I completed "Background" (1.1) and "Current GLIDE system functionality" (1.1.2)

-27 March 2025:

1. I sought permission from Khad to rework her description for the proposed solution
2. I reworked the description for the Proposed Solution (2)
3. I completed AI-Powered Adaptive Camera Traffic Signal (2.1), IoT-Based Vehicle-to-Infrastructure Communication (2.2), Predictive AI for Proactive Congestion Control (2.3), Reasoning (2.4) and Plan of Action (2.5) under Proposed Solution (2)
4. I completed Concluding Statement (6)
5. Researched using Google for point 3 above.

-31 March 2025:

1. I drafted an email to Professor Andrew Ng Keong for our primary research.

-2 April 2025: 

1. Showed the draft email to Professor Blackstone during class for review.
2. Send the email to Professor Andrew Ng Keong for our primary research.

-3 April 2025:

1. I completed Primary Research (5.1)
2. Co-organized with groupmates on completion Transmittal Letter and Executive Summary.
