Doomscroller

Ideal To stay productive and complete personal goals, such as homework, without procrastinating.
Reality(gap) Frequent procrastination due to spending excessive time doomscrolling on social media.
Causes/Conditions Constant use of my phone, especially Instagram, leading to distraction and reduced focus.
Effect/Results Delayed completion of important tasks and disrupted schedule
Goal To maintain focus, avoid doomscrolling, and adhere to a healthy routine, including sleeping on time.
Possible Change Implementing self-discipline by putting my phone away during work hours and limiting screen time.
Testing the hypothesis > Solution Placed my phone out of sight and avoided checking it during focus periods to break the habit of doomscrolling.
Outcome of change Achieved greater focus, completed tasks efficiently, and experienced improved productivity and time management.
